The instructions editor now sits beside a searchable Tools panel, with undo and redo for your edits. Use **Suggest tools** to find tools and app connections that fit your current instructions, including unsaved edits. Review each suggestion and add the ones you need. Play summaries keep completed customer reviews even when a follow-up cannot reach a conclusion. Slack reports also use clearer headings, lists, and tables so they are easier to scan. We also fixed an error that could prevent a customer's **Usage** tab from opening.
