Overview

The Account Tab is the default view when opening a customer detail page. It provides a summary dashboard with key metrics pulled from the other tabs, along with editable classification fields and quick links.

Classification Fields

At the top of the page, three editable dropdowns let you categorize the customer:
  • Segment - Customer segment (e.g., Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB)
  • Service Tier - Service level tier
  • Lifecycle Stage - Current stage (e.g., Onboarding, Active, Renewing)
Quick links to the customer’s Domain and LinkedIn profile are displayed alongside these fields.

Summary Sections

The overview displays key metrics from each area of the customer record:

Health Score

  • Current score with color coding
  • Trend indicator (points up/down or no change)
  • Risk level badge (Healthy, Medium Risk, High Risk, Critical)
  • Score history chart showing the trend over time

Revenue

  • MRR - Monthly recurring revenue
  • ARR - Annual recurring revenue
  • Outstanding Balance - Payment status
  • Days to Renewal - Countdown with a warning when 30 days or fewer remain

Usage

Displays the first four product usage metrics configured for the customer, each with the current value and a trend indicator showing percentage change.

Support

  • Total Tickets - All-time ticket count
  • Open Tickets - Currently open tickets (highlighted if any are open)
  • Avg Resolution Time - Average time to resolve tickets
  • First Response Time - Average first response time

Calls

  • Total Calls - All-time call count
  • Avg Duration - Average call length
  • Avg Gap - Average time between calls
  • Last Call - When the most recent call occurred

Market Signals

Shows the three most recent market signals as cards, each displaying the sentiment (Positive, Negative, Neutral), timestamp, and signal title. Click through to the Market Signals tab for the full list.

Account Info Sidebar

Click the account info button in the top-right corner to open the sidebar panel with editable company details:

Fields marked as not editable are synced from your connected integrations.

Custom Fields

Any custom fields configured for customer records appear below the standard fields in the sidebar. Editable custom fields can be updated directly from this panel.
