Overview
The Calls Tab displays call recordings and transcripts from your call recording integrations (Fireflies, Fathom), with AI-generated summaries and a full-featured notes system for capturing insights.Call Library
Browse all recorded calls for a customer:| Column | Description |

Call Details
Click any call to view its details:- Summary - AI-generated overview from your call recording provider, including action items, topics discussed, keywords, and meeting type
- Participants - Attendees with talk time and word count statistics
- Notes - Open the notes panel to view and create notes for this call
Notes
The notes panel lets you capture insights about calls using manual notes or AI-powered Q&A. Open it by clicking the Notes button in the call detail view.Writing Notes
Create notes using the rich text editor:- Formatting - Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, lists, code blocks, links

@to mention team members or@Quivlyto start an AI conversation - Submit - Press Cmd+Enter to save your note
AI Notes
Ask Quivly AI questions about the call by switching to the AI Assistant mode or typing@Quivly in the editor.

@Quivly - Type your question about the call (e.g., “What were the main concerns raised?”)
- The AI analyzes the full call transcript, summary, and participant data
- View the streaming response in the expanded conversation overlay
- Optionally Save as Note to persist the response, or Discard to clear it
Prompt Templates
Create reusable prompts for common questions you ask about calls.
Managing templates:
- Create - Click New Template, add a name, content, and optional labels with color coding
- Edit - Update any existing template’s name, content, or labels
- Delete - Remove templates you no longer need
- Templates are shared across your organization
Searching Notes
Use the search bar in the notes panel to filter notes by content or creator name. Results are highlighted inline with a count of matches shown.Editing and Deleting Notes
- Edit - Click the edit button on any note you created to modify its content
- Delete - Click delete to remove a note (soft-deleted, can be restored)
