Overview

The Customer List is your central view for managing all customers. It displays data from your connected integrations in a unified, customizable table. Click Customers in the main navigation to view all customers.

Table Columns

The default columns shown are:

Product usage metrics can also be displayed as columns with 30d/60d/90d/180d/1y period options and trend indicators.

Customizing Columns

Click the Customize page icon in the header to open the view editor. In the Columns tab:
  • Toggle columns on or off
  • Drag to reorder columns
  • Pin columns to keep them visible when scrolling horizontally
  • Resize columns by dragging the column border

Use the search bar to find customers by name or domain.

Filtering

Click Customize page and go to the Filters tab to build advanced filters. Filters support different operators depending on the field type:

Combine multiple conditions with AND/OR logic to create complex filters.

Sorting

Click any sortable column header to toggle sort order:
  • First click: Ascending
  • Second click: Descending
  • Third click: Remove sort
You can also set a default sort in the view editor’s Sort tab.

Custom Views

Save filtered and configured views for quick access.

Open View Editor

Click Customize page to open the view editor sheet.

Configure Your View

Set up across four tabs:
  • General - Name, description, icon, and whether this is the default view
  • Columns - Choose and reorder visible columns
  • Filters - Build filter conditions
  • Sort - Set default sort column and direction

Save

Save the view. It appears in the sidebar under Customers for quick access.
If a view is marked as default, navigating to Customers will load that view automatically instead of the unfiltered list.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple customers using the row checkboxes. A selection bar appears showing the count of selected customers, with the option to delete the selected customers.

Row Actions

Each row has a three-dot menu with the option to remove the customer. Clicking anywhere else on a row navigates to that customer’s detail page.
